At The Temple Bar Pub Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official merchandise. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside the box before shipping it to our Dublin fulfillment center using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
